Location Release Agreement This Agreement is made effective. 1. Grant of Permission The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee and its employees, agents, contractors, clients, and successors, the non-exclusive right to enter, use, and film/photograph at the Premises, including any surrounding areas owned or controlled by the Licensor, for the purpose of creating content, including but not limited to video production, photography, and promotional material, during the period starting from [Insert Start Date] to [Insert End Date] (the "Term"). 2. Scope of Use The Licensee may use the Premises for the following purposes: Filming and photography for promotional content, advertisements, user-generated content, or other production purposes as required by Studio Supply clients. Use of the studio’s interior and exterior for capturing still images, video, and audio. Bringing equipment, crew, actors, and props necessary for the production. The Licensee’s use of the Premises shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Premises beyond the agreed dates/times. 3. ConsiderationIn consideration for the use of the Premises, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor the amount of $[Insert Fee], due on or before [Insert Payment Due Date]. This payment shall be in full compensation for the Licensor granting use of the Premises under the terms of this Agreement. 4. Alterations and CleanupThe Licensee agrees not to make any permanent alterations to the Premises without prior written consent from the Licensor. Any temporary alterations must be removed and the Premises returned to its original condition at the end of the Term. Licensee agrees to clean up the Premises after use and leave it in the same condition as found. 5. Damage and LiabilityThe Licensee agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to the Premises as a result of their use.The Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and the owners of the Premises from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities that may arise from the Licensee’s use of the Premises.The Licensee agrees to carry adequate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, and may be required to provide proof of insurance upon request. 6. Rights to Media The Licensor grants the Licensee all rights, title, and interest in and to the media created on the Premises, including the right to edit, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the content without restriction, in perpetuity and throughout the world, in any media format, for any purpose. 7. Release The Licensor releases the Licensee, its clients, agents, employees, and successors from any and all claims arising from the use of the Premises for the above-stated purpose, including but not limited to claims related to privacy, property damage, or any other liability. 8. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any of the terms herein. If the Licensee terminates the Agreement before the Term, the Licensor will be compensated on a pro-rata basis for any completed work or partial use of the Premises. 9. MiscellaneousGoverning Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Amendments: Any amendments or changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
